NOTICE ABOUT ITEM DELIVERY:
ALL ITEM DELIVERY IS NOW BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! Appointments fall between 9:30am-7:30pm on Thursday, 9:30am-6:30pm on Friday, and 9:30am-6:30pm on Saturday. This helps us distribute drop-offs evenly among the item delivery hours to save you from long wait lines! Appointments are available for sign-up online. Just login to your Consignor Homepage and click “Select a Drop-off Appointment” to view available appointments and sign-up! Please note that you will need a separate appointment slot for every consignor number that you bring to Item Delivery. You can change your drop-off appointment anytime while registrations are open. Just login and make the change! If you miss your actual scheduled item delivery appointment, just come when you can!! You may have to wait a little longer but we will work you in as quickly as possible.

Over the years Dittos for Kiddos has continued to refine the check-in process to make it as streamlined and efficient as possible. By reading the information below and understanding how the process works, you will help us keep this a fast and efficient process! We highly recommend that you print a copy of the “Printer Friendly Version” and bring it with you to the sale on item delivery day in case you need to refer back to it.
How Item Delivery Works
1. BEFORE YOU BRING YOUR ITEMS TO ITEM DELIVERY
NOTE: Consignors will be responsible for helping to place their items on the sales floor. Please keep this in mind as you decide when to come and plan your time accordingly.
- Register as a new or returning consignor.
- Sign-up for a drop-off appointment from your Consignor Homepage. Those dropping-off items for more than one consignor # should sign up for one appointment PER CONSIGNOR NUMBER
- Buy your card stock for printing barcode tags at home. To print barcodes, just login to your Consignor Homepage and click on “Print Tags”.
- Hang and prepare your items.
- Enter your items into your inventory and print your barcode tags online and affix them to your items.
- Double-check that all items have barcode tags.
- Print and sign your Recall Waiver to bring with you to item delivery.
- Plan to arrive at item delivery in plenty of time to have your items INSIDE THE BUILDING & ready for inspection BY YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME.
2. WHEN YOU GET TO ITEM DELIVERY:
- Arrive at item delivery in plenty of time to have your items INSIDE THE BUILDING & ready for inspection BY YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME.
- When you arrive, simply bring your items inside (use a rolling rack or shopping cart if needed), and proceed to the inspection line. Have your boys and girls clothing separated & arranged according to size before getting in line. If you are bringing a friend’s items, keep their items separate from yours and bring their signed Recall Waiver. Please make sure you are not bringing more maternity clothes, shoes or stuffed animals than the allowed limit (for more information on item limits, see the Acceptable Items page.
- When you are next in line, a Dittos for Kiddos Worker will escort you to the inspection area. Your items will be inspected for seasonality and/or blemishes.
- While your items are being inspected, proceed to the check-in table so that you can turn in your Recall Waiver, double check your mailing address and receive your shopping passes.
- Once all your items have been inspected, they are ready to be placed on the sales floor. All consignors should come with enough time to help put their items on the sales floor.
3. BEFORE YOU LEAVE ITEM DELIVERY
- Make sure you have your Pre-sale passes. If you are a volunteer worker, make sure that you received the Worker Pre-sale passes. Be sure to bring your pass when you come to shop, as it is your “ticket” to get in! Please remember our Pre-sale Policies: Our Shopper Policy for both the Worker AND Consignor Pre-Sales is one adult per pass and No children, other than infants in arms or front packs. NO EXCEPTIONS! Absolutely NO CHILDREN will be allowed in the building on either of these nights. Consignors who bring children will not be allowed in to shop. (This does not include infants.) Children 12 and older may be admitted at the Consignor Pre-sale IF THEY HAVE A SEPARATE PASS and they must stay with AND shop with an adult who has entered with a pass.
- Be sure to take with you any items that were given back to you.
