Product Safety and Recalls

At Dittos for Kiddos we want to keep kids safe and we believe that as a consignor you would never intentionally sell anything that would harm someone else. ┬áIt is important to us that only safe products are offered to our customers, therefore we ask that each consignor carefully check that none of their items have been recalled before bringing them to our event. As the seller/owner of an item, it is the CONSIGNOR’S RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that each item meets the required safety standards.

At Item Delivery, each consignor will be required to bring a signed Recall Waiver accepting the liability of the items they bring, and stating they have ensured that none of their items are recalled or do not meet safety standards. The waiver can be printed below.

Please use the following resources to ensure that your item has not been recalled or is considered dangerous or un-safe.
