NEW Item Delivery process as of Spring 2025
We are excited about our new Item Delivery process and we think you will love it too!
BEFORE you arrive:
Complete the online check-in form that will be emailed to you after the database closes.
Have your clothing organized by gender and size
Have battery operated items together
Have DVDs, CDs and Disc s for gaming systems together
Have all other like items together (i.e. games, books, toys, etc.) This can be in a container or several containers
When you arrive:
Check in with a hostess for next steps
You are responsible for delivering, assembling and setting up items that need assembly, (i.e. furniture, baby equipment such as strollers, swings,
pack n’ plays, cribs, etc.)
Biggest tip for a smooth item delivery? Arrive organized! Have clothing sorted by gender and size. Have non-clothing items organized by type (i.e., books, shoes, games, toys, etc.)
Pick-up of Unsold Items after the sale has ended
Unsold Item pick up will be on SATURDAY afternoon only! See calendar for pick-up times.
Each consignor will gather their own items from the sales floor. Bring a container to collect your items. You may view or print your unsold item list from your consignor homepage. After you have gathered your items, proceed to the check out area, where a Dittos for Kiddos Consigning Partner will process your items to make sure they match your consignor number.
Any items remaining after the pickup window has closed will be donated to charity regardless of “donate” status noted on the tag. We appreciate your punctuality and understanding.
Getting Paid
Profits from the current sale will be deposited to your PayPal account no later than three weeks after pick-up. The email associated with your Dittos for Kiddos consignor account must be the same as, or linked to, your PayPal account. If earnings have not been claimed in PayPal after 30 days of the deposit, the deposit is returned to Dittos for Kiddos. At that time we will issue a paper check to the mailing address listed in your consignor account. A $3 processing fee will apply. PayPal is quickest and easiest.
